- "Agreement" is the contract between you, the client, and us. This agreement comes into existence when our worthy client accepts our quote and hires our services.

2. Scope of Services
- The scope of our services will be limited to the given quote. Its scope is also mentioned in the agreement between you and us. In writing, email/online acceptance will also be considered part of the services or within scope.
- We have reservations regarding the agreement. This reservation is about our right to make changes to the services. We can even subcontract the services when necessary.
- All our skills are based on reasoning, and according to the prevailing set of skills and trends in the industry. We provide services with utmost care and a high standard of skills. But we cannot guarantee that the issue will be fixed or eliminated due to hidden or beyond-reasoning factors.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment
- The validity of all our quotes is 30 days. They become the subject of change or alteration. This validity is general for a specific case, on a written or stated period will be accepted.
- Our quotes do not include VAT (if applicable) in our prices. It is stated if any deviation from this thumb rule.
- Payment will be due as mentioned in terms of the quote. Any delay on any pretext is not accepted. We reserve the right to charge extra or interest in case of delay. We can also suspend our services.
- Via card payments will be executed through a third party. We do not store card details.
4. Client's Obligations
- As a client, you must provide us with the correct information. This information includes address, contact details, and access to the property. Your correct information enables us to initiate and carry out our services.
- Safe access to the property is your obligation. You must comply with all safety and health instructions our team issues to you.
- Any liability arising from delays or any additional costs incurred due to your failure to fulfill your obligations will not be accepted by us.
5. Access & Site Conditions
- Provision of suitable working conditions and utilities is an obligation to the client. Utilities include water and electricity, etc. You must provide us with safe access.
- Unsafe or unsuitable access to the work point can cause a work stoppage. We can refuse to start or continue the work. This stoppage will not free you from the charges of work already done.
6. Cancellation & Postponement
- We have a cancellation fee for the client's unscheduled cancellation of the appointment. This fee is charged if the notice of cancellation does not arrive before 24 hours. This fee is specified in our quote. This is also mentioned in the company policy.
- We have the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. This cancellation or rescheduling can be the result of weather, technical failure, or an issue. Unforeseeable circumstances can also lead to cancellation. We will inform you regarding this cancellation as soon as possible.
7. Warranty & Liability
- It is our warranty that our services will be standardized and provided with reasonable skill and care.
- As for liability arising out of loss or damage in connection with our services, it will be to the extent of the amount you paid for the services. This term will be applicable in every such instance unless prohibited by the law.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss. A special loss may include profit loss, business loss, or goodwill loss.
- Under English law, all liabilities are applicable. Our terms do not exclude or limit liability imposed by English Law.
8. Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property is on our website. Content on our website is our property. In some cases, it is used by permission. You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use it. To do so, you need our written consent.
